Terms Of Service – Artists On Media

General

1. The website Artists On Media (hereinafter: “the Website”) provides public relations services, articles, artist and musician promotions, and digital content.
2. Use of the Website is subject to these terms and conditions. By using the Website and its services, the user agrees to all the terms outlined in this document.
3. The company reserves the right to update these terms from time to time without prior notice. The date of the latest update will be listed at the bottom of this page.

Services Provided

1. The Website offers marketing and promotional packages, including articles, social media promotion, and content distribution across magazines owned by the company.
2. Services are provided based on predefined packages, and payments are made upfront.

User Responsibility

1. The user affirms that all content, materials, and images they provide to the Website are legal and do not infringe on any copyrights or laws.
2. In the event of copyright infringement, the user bears full responsibility.

Company Responsibility

1. The company will make every effort to deliver the services in full and within the agreed timeframe.
2. If a specific service cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, the customer will be notified, and a proportional refund will be issued based on the service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

1. Right to Cancel:

   • As per the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, transactions can be canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered.
   • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the company’s email: [support@artistsonmedia.com].

2. Refund Policy:

   • If the customer cancels a transaction before the service has commenced, the full amount paid will be refunded, minus 5% of the transaction amount or $30 (whichever is lower) as a cancellation fee.
   • If part of the service has already been provided (e.g., an article has been written or published), a refund will not be issued for that portion of the service.

3. Cancellation Procedure:

   • To cancel, customers must send a written request to the company’s email, including their name, package details, and reason for cancellation.
   • The company will respond to the request within seven business days and inform the customer about the refund process, if applicable.

4. Exceptions to Cancellation Policy:

   • Services that have been fully delivered are not eligible for refunds.
   • If the cancellation is due to a breach of service terms by the company, a full refund will be issued after review.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content published on the Website, including design, graphics, texts, and the logo, is owned by the company and may not be reused without written permission.

Jurisdiction

1. Any disputes between the parties will be resolved under the laws of the State of Israel, exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv.
